Meet Lisa aka LadyB – Founder, Creative Director & Educator
Welcome to my new creative space! I’m Lisa, the face behind LadyB Hair & Makeup Creative Academy. My career has taken me from the fast-paced worlds of film and TV sets to crafting beautiful bridal looks and delivering high-end salon transformations.
After much anticipation, I am thrilled to welcome you to my brand-new, bespoke studio here in Zeals. Every detail of this space has been designed to offer a relaxing, premium experience for everyone.
✨ A Truly Child-Friendly Salon Experience: As a parent, salon visits can sometimes feel stressful. I wanted to change that! LadyB is proudly a child-friendly salon. During school holidays, I host dedicated children's haircut days. These days are exclusively for kids, meaning parents can fully relax without worrying about noise, and your little ones are free to play, run around, and make friends!
A Quick Note from the Team: On most days, you’ll also be greeted by Herman, our resident salon dog! He is incredibly friendly, brilliant with children, and loves a cuddle. However, if you have a dog allergy or feel uncomfortable around dogs, please let me know in advance so I can ensure he is tucked away safely for your comfort.

Professional Experience & Career Highlights
My career has been built on a foundation of elite industry training and working within some of the UK's most prestigious salon environments. I proudly trained with Saks, one of the country's leading luxury salon groups, before going on to become the In-House Educator for Rush. In this role, I was trusted to train, mentor, and maintain the highest creative and technical standards for multi-award-winning styling teams.
Beyond the salon floor, my work has taken me to the global stage. I have styled behind the scenes at Paris Fashion Week and the Cannes Film Festival, and I continue to maintain a prestigious, high-profile clientele who trust me for red-carpet, screen-ready, and high-fashion hair and makeup transformations. Whether working on a film set or in my own studio, I bring that same elite level of expertise and passion to every single client who sits in my chair.
